Shipping policy
The CLIENT must provide the postal address where they wish to receive the purchased products. We recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours.
Shipments are made exclusively within Spain: the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or Gibraltar). Once the purchase is completed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process.
All our shipments are handled by the courier company Correos Express, responsible for delivery and transportation. For any comments, suggestions, or inquiries, customer service is available at 900 122 333 or 913 277 020.
If a change of delivery address is required after the order has been placed, you must notify us as soon as possible. If the change is requested after the package has already been dispatched, the address modification will incur an additional fee equivalent to the shipping cost.
The customer will receive the order based on the timing of the payment. The standard delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. However, delivery times may be affected during periods of high sales volume, public holidays, and weekends. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email.
In the event of any issue with the delivery, Cream Heroes or the courier company will promptly notify the user via email.
